1. Membership Overview & Access
Membership benefits, inclusions, and features vary by tier. The current structure is as follows:
Starter Tier
Digital access only, including tools, portal resources, documents, and member library.
Legacy League
Digital access + group coaching sessions + member community access.
Millionaire Moguls
Digital access + group coaching + monthly 1:1 coaching + physical mailed materials when applicable (ex: strategy kits, printed workbooks, welcome box).
Access remains active as long as all payments are current and the membership is not canceled.

2. Payment & Billing Policy
Memberships are billed either monthly or annually based on the option selected at checkout and will continue to auto-renew until canceled.
By enrolling, you authorize Potts Business Group to charge the payment method on file for all recurring payments unless or until you cancel in accordance with this policy.
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel before the next billing date.
Cancellations stop future billing but do not issue refunds for past payments.
Failure to update a declined or expired payment method may result in suspension of access after a 7-day grace period.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our programs, all sales are final for:

• Digital products

• DIY downloads and workbooks

• Templates, e-books, and self-guided resources

• Completed services or delivered coaching sessions

Refunds may only be considered case-by-case on service-based memberships if no service has yet been provided. Once access, coaching, consultation, or digital material delivery begins, no refunds will be granted.
Canceling a membership stops future charges only. It does not refund previous payments.

4. Chargeback Policy
Members agree not to initiate a payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute with any bank or payment processor.
Any chargeback attempt is considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate removal from all programs, termination of access, and potential legal collection of unpaid balances, administrative fees, and recovery costs.

5. Client Responsibility & Implementation Disclaimer
Potts Business Group provides education, strategy, and resources. Results are dependent on the member’s ability to implement, follow through, make decisions, and take business-specific action.
Success is not guaranteed, and no program is a substitute for business execution, leadership, or personal accountability.

6. No Income or Earnings Guarantee
We do not guarantee any level of income, profit, funding approval, credit gain, business success, or measurable outcome. Any testimonials shared are examples of what may be possible, not typical or promised results.
Your business outcomes are influenced by market conditions, personal effort, experience, industry factors, and readiness.

7. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
Potts Business Group is a consulting and education company. We are not attorneys, CPAs, tax advisors, or licensed financial professionals.
All information provided is for educational purposes only and should not replace advice from licensed or certified providers.
Members are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where necessary.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content, videos, templates, tools, workbooks, coaching materials, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Potts Business Group.
Members may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell content

• Share portal access or downloads

• Record or reproduce coaching calls or training sessions

• Provide member resources to non-members

Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9. Community Access & Conduct Policy
Members participating in group coaching, private communities, or shared discussions must engage respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove members for:

• Harassment, hate speech, disrespectful conduct

• Spamming or soliciting other members

• Confidentiality violations

• Disruptive behavior or abuse of access

No refund will be provided for removals due to conduct violations.

10. Physical Product Policy 
Any physical materials included in membership tiers will be shipped to the mailing address on file. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information.
Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable items will not be re-shipped without an additional fee.

11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if the member violates this Agreement, misuses materials, or engages in fraud, abuse, or payment disputes.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or small claims action in Mississippi jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, registering, accessing content, or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
